This policy explains what information Symm collects when you visit our site, apply for a trial, request a quote, or place an order, and how we use, share, and protect it. Symm and Symmbiotic are brands of Source Technologies LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here.

When you fill out a form on our site (Contact, Trial application, or Checkout), we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, farm or operation details, crop and acreage information, and any notes you share with us.
We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as pages visited and referral source, to understand how our site is used.
If you provide your phone number and opt in on one of our forms, Symm may contact you by phone call or text message (SMS) regarding your request, application, order, or related account activity. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, including phone number consent and SMS opt-in data, will not be shared with any third parties.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Zoho PageSense to understand how visitors use our site. It sets cookies in your browser when you arrive and collects pages viewed, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, clicks, and scrolling.
We also use two features that record how pages are used rather than what you type:
Form fields are masked in session recordings. Anything you type into a form on this site, including your name, email address, phone number, address, and any notes, is hidden from the recording and shown only as asterisks. We do not use session recording to read the contents of your form entries.
Separately, when you arrive from an advertisement, search result, or campaign link, we store the campaign parameters from that link in a cookie for up to 7 days so we can tell which channel referred you. These cookies hold campaign labels, not personal information.
When you first visit, a banner tells you we use cookies and gives you an Accept and a Deny option. Analytics collection begins when the page loads and stops if you choose Deny, so if you prefer not to be included, select Deny or block cookies in your browser. Essential site function does not depend on these cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as form processing, order fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and email delivery, and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Symm, our customers, or others.
We retain the information you provide for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business and order records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
